If we send you the wrong item we will refund you when the item is returned in the same condition as it was shipped to you and correct our mistake. In most other cases we ask that you, the seller, pay for return shipping at this time. Therefore, please make sure this is the item you want before completing payment.

Therefore, we do not guarantee that the item featured in this listing will be covered by any manufacturer’s warranty or support. Some are damaged in shipment. When that happens you will be responsible to photograph, document and contact the shipper for resolution.
